Bonus Rules for Rocketplay
These General Bonus Terms apply to all promotions offered by Rocketplay. Each Promotion may have its own specific terms; when a discrepancy exists, the specific terms shall prevail. By participating in any Promotion, you accept and are bound by these Bonus Rules as well as the applicable Promotion Terms.
One Bonus at a Time and Eligibility
Only one bonus offer may be active per player at any given time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative with other deposit bonuses. Each bonus applies to a single account, person, household, and device, and Rocketplay reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player or group of players. Bonuses are available only for fully verified accounts; some jurisdictions may be excluded from certain offers.
Activation and Acceptance
A bonus is activated when credited to your account in connection with a qualifying deposit or promotion. You are required to meet any eligibility criteria stated for the specific offer. If you fail to meet the criteria or withdraw before activation, the offer may not become usable.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to bonuses and winnings arising from the bonus. Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, the standard wagering is 35x the combined amount of the initial deposit and the bonus. Winnings generated from Free Spins carry a wagering requirement of 40x the winnings amount. Until wagering requirements are fully met, neither the bonus balance nor any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
Validity and Expiry
Bonuses are valid for 10 days from activation unless the Promotion Terms specify a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the entire bonus balance and any related winnings will be removed from your balance.
Balance Order and Cash-Out Flow
While a bonus is active, Rocketplay will withdraw or place wagers from your Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are used only after your Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake. Upon meeting wagering requirements, you may withdraw the eligible balance, up to any applicable caps described below.
Maximum Release (Cash-Out Cap)
There is a cap on the amount that can be released from a Bonus into Real Balance for withdrawal. The maximum withdrawal from a single Bonus (including any winnings derived from that Bonus) is ten times the initial bonus amount received. Amounts beyond this cap are not eligible for withdrawal even if wagering requirements are met.
Restrictions on Bets and Betting Activity
When an active Bonus is present, the maximum bet allowed is currency-adjusted and stated in the Promotion Terms (for example, the equivalent of a small fixed amount per spin or bet). Bets exceeding the cap may not count toward wagering requirements and can lead to forfeit of the bonus and related winnings.
Game Contribution Toward Wagering
Bonuses contribute to wagering according to game type. Slots and Keno typically contribute 100% toward wagering; Table and Card Games, Video Poker, and Craps generally contribute 0%. Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted while a bonus is active. Some titles may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely. A list of eligible and ineligible games is provided in the Promotion Terms and counts toward the wagering as specified.
Bonus Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a bonus before wagering requirements are met. If canceled, the full bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings are removed. Rocketplay may cancel or modify a bonus by notifying you in advance; changes take effect after the notice period or immediately for security or regulatory reasons. If a bonus is canceled or an error occurs, the bonus balance and any winnings may be forfeited.
Withdrawals and Bonus Termination
You may request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, but the entire Bonus Balance will be removed and you may withdraw only the Real Balance. If you withdraw deposits or bonuses in violation of the wagering requirements, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Conduct and Bonus Abuse
Rocketplay prohibits exploitative or irregular play intended to abuse promotions. Prohibited behaviors include sharing accounts, multi-account play, collusion, systematic betting patterns, and attempts to bypass wagering requirements. Discovery of such activity may result in the disqualification of the offer, adjustment of winnings, account suspension, or permanent closure. A decision on disputed activity is final.
Territories and Eligibility
Certain jurisdictions may be excluded from offers. Rocketplay reserves the right to exclude or restrict participation in promotions for players located in specific countries or regions, or under applicable law. Accidental credit of bonuses may be canceled at Rocketplay’s discretion.
Non-Transferability and Amendments
Bonuses, free spins, and bonus winnings are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Rocketplay may amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus terms by notifying players in writing; changes take effect as specified in the notice or, if not specified, after a reasonable period. In all disputes, Rocketplay’s decision shall be final.
Inactivity and Expiration
Bonuses and bonus winnings may be erased after a period of inactivity as determined by Rocketplay’s policies and the Promotion Terms. If a user fails to meet any ongoing condition, the Bonus may expire or be voided.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from bonuses or their use will be resolved in accordance with Rocketplay’s dispute resolution procedures, which are designed to ensure fair treatment and compliance with applicable law.
