Self-exclusion Policy

Purpose and Scope

Rocketplay implements a Self-Exclusion Policy to govern the temporary or extended suspension of access to Rocketplay services by a registered user who identifies a risk of gambling harm or who requires a structured break from play. This policy applies to all Rocketplay games and services offered through the platform, including casino games, live dealer services, and related account activity.

Definitions

Self-exclusion means a formal period during which access to the user’s Rocketplay account and related services is restricted or blocked at the user’s request. The period is selected by the user and is binding for its duration.

Initiation of Self-Exclusion

Requests to self-exclude may be initiated by one of the following methods:

  • Through the user’s Rocketplay profile by selecting Self-Exclusion, choosing a duration, and submitting the request.
  • From the registered email address, by sending a written request to Rocketplay Support specifying the intention to self-exclude and the chosen period.

Requests must be sent from the email address used at registration or submitted via the user profile and must specify the exact exclusion period.

Exclusion Periods

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 3 years

Requests for periods longer than three years may result in termination of the user’s account, with return of funds held in the user’s Wallet in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Effects During Self-Exclusion

  • During any active exclusion, the user will be denied access to the Rocketplay Personal Account and all services; login, gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals are prohibited, and promotional materials will not be delivered to the user.
  • Promotional offers or bonuses cannot be claimed during the exclusion period.
  • Any attempt to circumvent the exclusion will be treated as a material breach of this policy and may subject the user to enforcement under the Terms of Use and applicable law.

Restoration and Termination of Self-Exclusion

Restoration after the expiration of the exclusion requires a written request from the registered email address. There is no automatic restoration at the end of the period. Rocketplay will restore access following verification and in accordance with its standard processes. If no restoration request is received within a reasonable window after expiration, access may be restored in accordance with Rocketplay’s ordinary account management practices.

Financial Protection and Limits

Users may establish monetary or activity limits within the account settings as a risk-control measure. If a user exceeds any self-imposed limit, further activity may be restricted. Changes to exclusions or limits require written or electronic notice, and Rocketplay retains discretion to approve or deny such requests. Rocketplay will take reasonable steps to ensure that promotional materials are not disseminated to excluded users. The user acknowledges that Rocketplay is not responsible for activity conducted via non-verified accounts or through altered registration data.

Support and Responsible Gambling

Rocketplay supports responsible gambling. If you experience gambling-related issues, seek guidance from licensed gambling support organizations in your jurisdiction. For information and assistance, consult the Responsible Gambling materials within Rocketplay’s policies.

Minors

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Rocketplay will implement age verification and other controls to prevent access by persons under the applicable age threshold.

Data Handling and Privacy

All self-exclusion requests and related data are processed in accordance with Rocketplay’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Data retention is limited to the minimum necessary to administer self-exclusion and enforcement actions.

Communications

Rocketplay will acknowledge receipt of self-exclusion requests in writing to the user’s registered email address. Users may request status updates by contacting Customer Support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the law applicable to Rocketplay’s Terms of Use. Any disputes arising from self-exclusion are subject to the dispute resolution processes described in the Terms of Use.
